Lexenwear Return & Exchange Policy

At Lexenwear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received.

  • Wrong item delivered.

  • Manufacturing defect or damage.

  • Product significantly different from the item ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if the item is defective or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, ship the item back according to the instructions provided.

  4. After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
